Reviews and Ratings
For the price paid, the rooms were compact but spotless, lacking complimentary breakfast. However, they did feature 2 bathrooms and a dining table, which was a nice touch. The service was top-notch with a quick and helpful doorman, friendly staff, and a variety of amenities available. The location was hard to beat, within walking distance of many attractions but still away from the noise. The dining experience offered delicious options, especially notable for the Jazz Cruise Brunch. The facilities were well-appointed, catering to various needs.
My stay at the hotel was overall enjoyable. The rooms were pretty average and small, which was a bit disappointing. However, they were made up on the first day. The delay in getting our room ready until 5:15 PM meant we missed out on pre-reception cocktails, a downside to our group's experience at this all-inclusive resort. The service was great overall, but there were some hiccups like waiting for approval at the restaurant. The location was optimal for exploring Bourbon Street and not far from Frenchman Street, despite some security concerns. The dining experience was good, especially at the Fountain Grill. Unfortunately, the price did not always match the value received.
The hotel's location was extremely convenient, right off Canal Street, and within walking distance to many places. The rooms, although smaller than normal, were well-maintained and charged accurately for items from the snack bar. The service was top-notch, with courteous and accommodating staff. The dining experience offered delicious and bountiful options, although some found the quality lacking. The overall value for money was fair considering the fantastic location and professional service.
